    People dont buy houses just as innvestments. They buy it to havecplace to live and start family. In this meaning it doesnt matter if there's gonna be crash or not. You need to have a place where you can put that nail in a wall and raise your kids. You ain't gonan be any younger. Time to have kids is now or never, economy is never going to be perfect.

    Historically it's almost always a good time to buy a real estate. It is still the safer choice of investment.

    This is what happens when bureaucrats are fiscally irresponsible.

    • @loc4725
      @loc4725 Год назад

      No, this is what happens when people want stuff and don't care how it's paid for. Notice the start of the graph is in around 1981, peak Boomer period. The Boomers started this off by having an almost complete and selfish disregard for future generations, and sadly that seems to have carried on to Gen X and millennials.
      If you're smart you'll buy gold and have tangible emergency assets & plans, including what to do when government and the many desperate parts of society turn on you for looking after your own and your family's future.
      History does not repeat, but it rhymes.

    We Are in Unchartered Financial Waters! every day we encounter challenges that have become the new standard. Although we previously perceived it as a crisis, we now acknowledge it as the new normal and must adapt accordingly. Given the current economic difficulties that the country is experiencing in 2023, how can we enhance our earnings during this period of adjustment?
    I cannot let my $80,000 savings vanish after putting in so much effort to accumulate them.

      Retaining a portion of your holdings in gold is often a prudent choice. It might be advantageous to temporarily steer clear of equities, or alternatively, it could be even wiser to consult with an expert considering the current market conditions and the various risks associated with the present economy.

      @@Bradleyschaeffer376 you are delusional and you know deep inside that's the dumbest thing anyone has heard. we live in unprecedented times with unpredictable volatility. volatility in this case means either things go well or we go into an outright live war. im certain that when war starts, you and your gold bricks are going to be the biggest liability anyone has ever seen. when food and water is scarce, imagine you trying to barter with gold bricks while somebody just shoots you in the face for being a dumbass.
      either the world chugs along and all of this blows over, in which case, equities and real estate will outperform, or we go into world war 3 where the only things that matter is food, clean water, shelter, and ammunition. people will be bartering with canned food and the only real currency that people will transact with is probably fresh canned food that isn't expiring

    Around 1:45: Not quite. Europe had pretty much fully recovered from WW2. Also the 1970s were actually good times for the USSR because higher oil prices meant increased exports. An actual reason is that the Saudis agreed to accept payment for their oil in dollars and only in dollars. The US dollar became the “petrodollar”. That created demand for dollars.

    Home builders in the USA are working overtime. NOW tell us about the value of the USA compared to the DEBT. 3 TIMES THE FARM LAND AS CHINA WITH 1/3 THE PEOPLE, largest producer of oil in the WORLD 30% larger than #2 Russia. Millions of people are trying to come here, the # 2 group are Chinese. The ruble is worth less than ONE PENNY 103 RUBLES for one US DOLLAR. China has no ground water that isn't TOXIC so is taking all the water from the Himalayas! Good luck India and Viet Nam when your rivers are dry.

      I have a house and am gonna buy the second one. Though, the monthly payment is gonna be 4000, 5.1%, while the rent would cover only 3000ish.
      Would you consider this a wise decision?
