Thanks for posting this. I've listened to every version of that song I've ever found and this one is well done. But I have to say that I've never heard a version performed that has ever held a candle to the one I witnessed in person in 1966 when I was an eleven year-old trumpet player. I was attending the Pleasant Hill High School Concert Jazz Band's concert in Northern California with my mother. Don Piestrup, a highly respected studio musician of the time was their guest artist. They performed his arrangement of Rainy Day with him soloing on trumpet. To me, nobody has ever held a candle to it. It still haunts me to this day. My mother bought me the recorded version on vinyl that still blows me away. About fifteen years ago I found and downloaded an Mp3 copy of it and would love to share it if possible.
Very good. So tasteful and melodic. Good use of spacing between phrases. The quartet did this for NPR I believe, it's on youtube somewhere, I have watched it before.
Hello my friend!! Do you have the pdf version of this transcription? Can you send to me? Even with a watermark, I would like to print for my personal use. Thank you!!
That is one of the most beautiful things I've ever heard.

Play a good ballad on trumpet with Ignacio Noah
I think this is Flugelhorn. K.H. L.A. CA.

Nope, it's trumpet.
