Gen you should do an Oil Thirsty build, a build all bout George Bush and the Iraq war (Mr Bush wants oil to boost the economy and make his presidential reign look productive). Primary: Golden AK (flash your new cash) Secondary: Tommy Gun ( good ol' murican firepower ) Perk deck: Ex- President(obvious) Mini meds (keep your troops healthy and fit to bring in daddy bush more oil) Cable ties (to interrogate those oil barons) Dynamite (blow those pesky journalists to shreds, western style) Light armour (dont wanna bust your bank) The 42nd Mask Play on big oil and make Bush rich!!!
It's really fun, you should try it. I did it solo on overkill. what I did was use rogue, no skills as required, and the weapons required. You could have modifications on it by the way. and on Day 1 I used my ammo bag on the truck....it floated on the road. I recommend having a doc bag for day 2 though, and getting a keycard to open the health room
It questions me on why OD doesn't have a lot if cops but I played the heist on OVK and they were a swarm of cops around the corner everytime and like 2 dozers,5 shields and 4 tazers. I played with pubs

It's sad, but assault rifles probably are not powerful or effective enough for one down enemies. There are so many other higher damage semi auto and single shot weapons which get the job done faster and with more accuracy.
benjaminh428 New hardest difficulty in the game, added in October's Housewarming Party event. Enemies take even more bullets, deal out even more damage, and you can only go down once before needing a medic bag (twice with Nine Lives).

Even with armor, I bet you still lose armor in 1-2 hits, and you get hit ALOT. on top of that you don't run fast. with anarchist good build you lose it in 2-5 hits. You've NEVER done a one down loud hoxton breakout with armor. It's legit impossible. Dodge is the best for one down and will always be.
