More people use "omg" with "g" referring to "God". I'm reminded of a debate I had with an athiest once and out of frustration he typed "omg" and I asked how is it that he doesn't believe in God, yet he types "omg". His reply was "it's just a saying". Interesting because I don't go around casually mentioning things I don't believe in.
I looked up the definition of "Gosh" and it is used as a euphemism (a substitute word) for "God" similar to:

oh my goodness
oh my stars

The fact that she is so aware that it's ok to embrace these feelings. Too many times we hear "you gotta pull yourself out of it.." or "this isn't healthy.." which is absolutely true but it's also unhealthy and unrealistic to push these feelings to the background. I've learned to embrace these phases that's what truly pulls me out. And once I'm over whatever it was that was bothering me it's never a big problem mentally in the future. 😊
