However, you mentioned an example of a friend who still wants to join communities or social gatherings despite being mocked and laughed at. Unlike you who can work independently, this friend of yours maybe have to depend on networking for his business/work in order to continue surviving or even do better in life. I believe many of us are like this. Even if our current work/business is doing well, we can’t desert others because in times of need, we may need their input or cooperation to lift us up. So, it’s not easy to just want to live alone and not be around others. Cést la Vie
