Just subscribed. Nice wee video bro. I'm on East Coast of Scotland. Lobster paradise. We have to wait till winter till we get the bigger cod and pollock in our waters but plenty sea bass throughout summer ✌
@@clancranstonlc Thanks! Nice to have you on the channel 😊 You have so much humor and I wish we had the same. Looks exciting to dive in your areas. Lots of sea bass! And some other species we don't have here. Soon the fish will disappear into slightly deeper water here in Norway. But there is still good fishing here. The turbot comes up in shallow water too now🤩 It's an exciting species to look for
Very well done. I liked that you showed some food that you cook with the catches. I wiukd definately be interested in a cooking video or maybe add a quick meal to the end of a spearing video

@@alexharalambiev2873 Thank you very much. You probably won't regret a trip to Norway. Especially if you go to the north of the country. The next time I invest in a speargun it will be with a reel. Realize there is a bit of a love/hate relationship out there with these reels. But now I want to try it out. Do you have it?
@@Spearfishing_joh Yup, I use a reel and I find it useful in many scenarios, especially in deeper dives. I don't like attaching the gun directly to the float because I often dive in rough conditions and the float line usually pulls at the gun in the worst moments leading to bad shots. Dive safe!
@@alexharalambiev2873 In Norway we use a line between the diver and the buoy. Attached to the belt. Then a separate line from belt to speargun. This prevents the raft line from pulling in the speargun. I have never experienced what you describe, but I can certainly understand that something like that is irritating. There are advantages and disadvantages to reels I suppose. So it's a matter of taste whether you like it or not. Dive safe🤿
@@denmyos I use Oceanic GEO 4.0. It is robust and all in all a good watch. With battery and no charging. Which I prefer. But I miss a watch that is more focused on the freediver. This watch is more towards the bottle diver. With gas technical stuff and other things like that. I have to press forward a number of times to open "freediver mode".
Hey. I’m South African and live just outside Oslo. I’m keen to get in the water with some other guys that live in Norway. Let me know if you’re keen to make some missions in the upcoming season.

F.eks i bakevja.
