Never leave a silent gun/ sniper gun or a gun with silencer on silent strike missions. That's the first rule of thumb..!! Secondly, the AI in COD makes unexpected turns during the gameplay with the characters, testing the human mind's strategic capability. Also, shoot the enemy facing away from it's team members. That ways, you can do it more silently and effectively without been seen. Moreover, Juggernauts have hard ballistic armor cover around their body. The only vulnerable parts are the area under the neck, between the arms and chest; and if you're an expert marksmen - their face (60 out of 100 times).
