Sir if all metals which are more reactive then hydrogen can react with water then why lead do not reacts with water even if it is more reactive then hydrogen.
This is bcz lead has an oxide film just like you studied in your magnesium ribbon experiment. So this oxide film reduces the reactivity of lead which is below the oxide film cuz water cant reach to that part.
Cathode ki rod ko ghar leke Jana and jhatakna....??? Na is highly reactive... Don't you think it will catch fire..? How to take Sodium metal from cathode...?
Copper does not react with with dilute acids bcz it is less reactive than hydrogen so cannot liberate hydrogen gas.... but remember copper do react with Dil. and conc. nitric acid as well as conc. sulphuric acid forming salt, gas other than hydrogen (NO/NO2/SO2) and water as product!
How electrons can be to Na+ as it has valency +1 so it will loss electron rather than gaining....... But it is also right that on cathode there is always reduction means gain of electron..... So confusing 😵plzzzz clear it.... 🙏🙏🙏
Yes, Na + hai 1 electron in valence shell so it will loose electron...and if any element loose electron then it will have positive charge also called electr positive element And in cathode there is reduction means gain of electron So, the conclusion in Na have positive charge

Sir can you please tell me when na+ will gain electron it will not become stable then why it Gaines it's electron sir humble request to answer my question
@@MagnetBrainsEducation sir sodium has atomic number as 11 so it will have one electron in outermost shell but it has already given its one electron to chlorine so after that it has 2 and 8 as configuration so this time it is stable but when again it will gain one more electron so it will have its configuration as 2,8,1 and by this we can say it is not stable

Why copper does not react with dillute acid, it is not able to displace hydrogen from dillute hydrochloric acid and sulphuric acid?
I guess because it in the reactivity series copper is below hydrogen which means it is less reactive than hydrogen
