G = 10% V0 = 400 As per Gordon growth model formula will be - V0 = Do (1+g)/ke-g So putting values into the formula 400 = 20 ( 1 + 0 .10)/ke - 0.10 400 = 22 / ke -0.10 Ke - 0.10 = 22/400 = Ke - 0.10 = 0.055 So ke = 0.055+0.10 = 0.155 Or 15.5 % A clear answer ❤ any confusion so dont forget to reply me Hum sab The valuation school ko bada banane me help karte hai Thanks Parth sir U have added lot of value to me and others ❤❤❤❤

The problem was 'assuming growth rates and the logic behind deducting growth rate in the denominator', but seriously Parth sir, this video right here is very very helpful!
