Any suggestion for the problem that the FFA manual loading tray cannot latch? I had a paper jam problem and could no longer latch the tray after I pulled the paper out. Thanks.
Can't seem to get the printer to load fine art paper through the front. It fails to grab the paper. I think it is having an issue grabbing the paper since the end of the paper has a slight curl to it. Any suggestions?
Board goes into the front paper path. It feeds straight in and then comes back out during printing. See page 46 of the P800 manual - files.support.epson.com/docid/cpd4/cpd43251.pdf
I added a specific color ICC Profile for a specific lab. It shows it's in my PS CS5 in profiles however when I go to soft proof and click on custom to display the color profiles, I cannot find the profile I downloaded. Any ideas what im doing wrong?
Make sure you installed the profile correctly. www.redriverpaper.com/installprofiles. If you see the profile in the Photoshop CS5 printer profiles drop down menu (in the Print dialog), it "should" also show up in the Customize Proof Condition profile menu. Double check the profile is in the right folder on your hard drive and then take a look at this tutorial on soft proofing. Perhaps Zno can help since you are hoping to send them some business. www.redrivercatalog.com/infocenter/tips/soft-proofing-explained.html
Redriver paper has been a blessing to my small art business for many years no. I must have discovered them around 1999 or 2000. I have built my art business with them. Back in my early years in New Orleans galleries we'd have tohave a professional printer print the entire edition and then store the print packages. Whew.... thank goodness my main art dealer, Liberty Gallery on Royal st. found space for all of our prints. The owner had a home on Bayou Saint John... the Devil's Elbow...hahaha. Anyway, leave it to Redriver to make helpful videos for those who need the 'eyes on' help! You can see my art at tomsart4u.com.
The 150D error code seems to be related to a physical problem with the print head, mother board, or other related systems. You should contact an Epson repair facility to verify. A brief convo on the topic is here - www.t-shirtforums.com/neoflex/t830185.html
Has any done Heat Transfer printing with this ???

Unfortunately no. The door is spring loaded and once the latch breaks we cannot thing of a way to make it stay in place.

+Brett Munoz Which fine art paper are you using?
Load fine art thick paper from the back. This way it avoids the skewed paper feed error. This work 100% of the time for me.
How to use board thckness media? SInce it cant bend, how to get a straight path?

Are you sending this to a lab to print? If not, which printer will the final image be printed on?
Yes, I wanted to try out the Artisan State Lab which is now called Zno. I am on a mac plateform and the profile given to me is window based
