You can also use soda syrup instead, as in the stuff you would mix with Soda Stream, or used at soda fountains to dispense soda, to shorten or reduce the reducing stage.

Some of it looks like beech
@@chrisbrown456 He uses beech as smoke wood often so you're probably right.
Root beer is great also!
You might want to try the souse with some Jägermeister for some added winter flavor ;-)
