@@TimmyTurner421 It's usually pretty fast, but for some reason armfight 50 and 51 were especially slow for me. Well it's okay though since I pretty much just rewatch the whole thing later anyway.
Kurdecha looked like a giant mess, wasting his strength in any way possible.

@@Kai240i yeah that was ridiculous. I predicted it 3:3 and I'm a big Devon fan but I knew that Cyplenkov is a serious threat. If you bet on the opposite of Ryan's predictions he's very accurate lol

Yeah of course people now will say Kurdecha is overrated. No, he's not, he's polish champion and did well at Moldova Cup. He would've beat many other good guys today. It's just that Ongarbaev is very skillful and extremely strong for his size. Good to see that at least some people here give him credit instead of diminishing his achievement by saying that Kurdecha was just bad. Kurdecha was the big favorite and Ongarbaev pulled an upset 👍💪
Timmy Turner Kurdecha problem is no side pressure. He has good hand control and can top roll alot of guys but has problem with finishing opponent. Also his hook is very weak. Only his bicep is strong when he pull in open angle. If Alex would have better side pressure he woul smoke Kydyrgali.
@@johnbean3878 True, Kurdecha still has lots of potential. I think he will be a serious problem in a couple years for anyone. I hope he sticks with armwrestling

I don't know the weight comparison from his last match to this one, but it appears as if Kurdecha put on a ton of weight. This match was crazy. The difference in weight was shocking. It is nice to see a guy beat someone who outweighs him by over 100kgs. Wow. Just wow.
Ongarbaev is 100kg and Kurdecha is 150kg

Great match up,it was frustrating to watch alex as he lacked technique,body positioning and didn't use his weight, wrist domination to his advantage .The underdog still showed great experience,technique and strength.Alex has a lot of potential

By the way I am a novice, I won't understand how the Pro with a lot of kilograms of weight advantage can lose with somebody from the lower category.
Outweighed him by over 100kgs. That is astonishing. Pro, amateur or just a fan, that weight differential has to impress you. Alex looked like he really bulked up for this event. He was always huge. But he looked very 'puffy' for his bout. His game plan of bulking up did not help him in this case. Cool to see.
It was a 50kg weight difference. Ongarbaev is super strong for his size and also very skillful. He has lots of experience in international events. Kurdecha is no slouch either. Polish champion and very strong. He will be very dangerous for anyone once he refined his technique and gathered more experience.

Strength and Experience categories are Novice, Pro, Elite, and World Class. Alex is a very strong heavy weight PRO, while Ongarbaev is a WORLD CLASS middle weight. So Alex may be 60kg heavier but Ongarbaev is two categories ahead of Alex when it comes to strength and experiences. Hope that help a bit.
