So I'm chilling at this hotel, When this dude pulls up front and suddenly all the bellhops pull guns and start shooting him. At first I thought this guy was screwed. But then he pulls out his own gun and just starts laying waste to all of them.
reminds me of the time I was at an airport and all the sudden a bunch of military looking guys show up and start shooting these two people only for some weird bug looking things to swarm them later
@@Coolname39 So I was vacationing in the South Pacific seeing castles when some crazy dude in a leather jacket slides down a zip line and destroys my sub and my crew! Like I was stuck in that castle then parts of the castle just start exploding and the clock tower and everything! I stole a motorboat just to get away..Good thing I did the dang island caught fire and exploded sinking back into the ocean.
I remember this mission so well! I did it loads of times. Remember I got scared by the music at 2:51, and if you took to long you got send to the lobby or something, and scary piano music would start to play.
@mygame55 Hey, for the first area, you have to be fast, before the elevator doors close, and for the second area, you have to No Miss the fight at 5:53 in this, so not get hit and you will carry on the hardest route.
I bought this with the guncon attachment back in 97 or 98, can't remember which now. Had a great time playing this with mates with german language turned on. 'Tanzen, tanzen im tot!'. Good times :)

@QullVideo yes I believe it is the same, however I try to go for as fast as possible instead of speed. accuracy is always a bit harder in the arcade too.. I don't know how I was so accurate on this run too!
@AbhiB Yes, you are correct indeed. Shoot the black bar and the piano cover falls. But like it doesn't do anything to help you out... it's just good animation, I s'pose.
@Agent1W only the bad guys in red can hit you with one shot the rest have to hone in , their bullets hits will start at the edge of the screen and move to the center when they hit the center or the screen you take damage
@Smraedis Regarding the 40 hits in a row = +1 life. Do you know if that happens on the arcade version? I'm going to Tenerife later this year where there is still (hopefully) Time Crisis 1 in the arcade behind the Moon Light. It's going to be the first time in like 5 years since I played Time Crisis. I can't wait but it'll be a little help if the 40 hit rule counts.

I wonder what is required to become one of the orange guys? I mean they are the one most likely to survive, since they run away a lot, or at least after shooting Richard for a little bit, they hide and never come out again.
They are probably the Communications Unit. They are supposed to the give the feedback if Richard has been killed yet. Everytime they escape, they alert the Main Control to hurry up with their plans because Richard is getting closer. That's why you get more time if you kill them. Because with them dead, the Main Control is partially blind and can't get the feedback to hurry up...

It's very hard to do in this game, a bit easier in the Special Mission though, it can show how good someone is too.

You make earning extra lives look so easy, I've only pulled it off once.
If you take too long on the first level and miss the elevator, they send you somewhere else
This was so fucking frustrating as a kid, but the sense of achievement when you first discovered new routes was immense
