I will echo what others have said about 4th Impact's ability to convey emotion. Many groups can perform with technical accuracy, but 4th Impact is the only group that can consistently touch my soul and bring tears to my eyes.

One beautifully done and one done with passion and emotion...It depends what you are looking for in a song. I know which one I liked best but I have a bias because I am a "Dreamer". Thank you so much for giving both a thumbs up...they both deserve much credit for making arrangements of a song sung by one into a group song.

My daughter Mackenzie, I think I mentioned this on the video, loved this group when she was very much younger

Cillmarilli had some great ideas in there that came off very very well. Though, i do wish they would put more emotion and energy into it and leave out the auto tune. 4th Impact, just magnificent as always. Thanks! 😀😀😀😀

Loved both performances, but the arrangement that 4th Impact put together was genius. In fact I prefer many of their covers over the original artists because their vocals and arrangements add so much to the songs.

I enjoyed Cillmarilli's version and respect the effort they spent arranging their version. However 4th Impact's is still tbe best version of this song I have ever heard, including the original!!!
Just a little background on 4th Impact's version.
Mylene is a musical genius when it comes to arranging the sisters vocals but had spent days upon days trying to think of how to turn Never Enough into a 4 part singable piece of music, with no ideas that worked and no inspiration. She was considering giving up and actually thinking of how she would go about telling her sisters. That night, as she slept, this arrangement came to her in a dream!!! I have heard them referred to as angels. I dont know about that but I have been witness too so many "miracles" small and large that the fact they are truly bless by the Almighty, especially over the course of covid.
I will summerize for tbe lenths of tbe comments sake.
Wben covid was declared ths Philippines went into lock down. One of the strictest in the world.
The sisters as sole breadwinners in the family had just spent their savings producing their original song k(NO)w More. It happened to be released on the day of the announcement and the video never was completed.
They were locked down with no way to earn money. They werent even able to buy groceries. After much prayer they decided to try livestreaming hoping to be able to buy food. It seemed like the blink of an eye, but took a little longer and things dramatically changed. The sisters had never had a permanent address having always been renters, but started looking looking for their dream home. They then built their very own brand new studio. Shortly afterwards they found their dream house but were really nervous about getting the bank loan appoved. It is harder for women to get loans in the Philippines and the were a singing group with nothing but around 2-4k a week average on their lives streams with no end to the lockdown in sight. As part of his investigation the bank manager decided to make an unannounced visit to the studio during a livestream. No one but the sisters and their family knew he was there. It wasn't made public. Over the course of four hours he watched as the sisters earned between 25 and 30k.. Not Filipino money but American $$.. It was a record amount at that times and everyone online.. Even the ones who gave, were shocked at the total. It wasn't until the next week we learned of the bank managers visit, but needless to say, the home loan was quickly approved.
They produced 4 virtual concerts, appeared as guest in a few Sb19 concerts and several other special events to raise funds for organizations stuggling to help with the overwhelming presence of thepandemic. Signed ShowBT as a management company and produced 2 hit songs, Here we go and Tapat sayo. This is a very tiny sample of the, it seemed constant, stream of miracles bestowed on them. They didn't change. They stayed respectful and humble, never forgetting to always publicly (in livestreams) praise God for his blessings.
God demonstrated his power to turn any situation no matter how bad, into a blessing for his believers, and the sisters were the light in the darkness of the pandemic for many Dreamers. Myself included.

By the way k(NO)w More even without a video, topped the charts in the Philippines for 2 weeks. It is a great song and they sang it live on Wish 107.5 you should check it out!!!

@@Anothercoverlover62 There is so much more that wasnt mentioned, like both their parents being hospitalized with covid in critical condition within two days of one another. No hospital rooms available, just a large crowded tent on hospital grounds that didnt even have a nurse present. They sent out a plea over social media to the President. A Dreamer whose son was a Doctor was able to secure one room that was taken by their mother as she was fhe worse off of the two. The Father stayed in the tent. Even after being placed on a respirator their mothers condion continued to decline. A priest was sent to give her last rites but the sisters refused. Instead they asked him to pray with them for the recovery of both of their parents. That prayer was echoed by the many Dreamers the world over and within a couple of days both parents were well on their way to recovery and able to leave the hospital.
All five sisters came down with the evil disease but thank God they all recovered quickly.
Their "Covid journey" is documented in video on their RUclips channel.
Thank you ACL for this. Someone has to sit down with the Cimorelli Sisters and explain pitch correction software, idiot producers who use it badly and what it does to emotion and expression in a song. I'm sure these girls could blow you away with their harmonies and blending but it gets lost when producers think they know better about singing and use that software to bring them down to the level of all the artists the record companies are trying to give us who couldn't get anywhere near their skill. 4th Impacts version retains the emotion. No computers involved.❤

@@Anothercoverlover62 Yes. you're right. I looked at their early stuff when they just had a camera and one mic picking up all their vocals. It's breathtaking and extremely entertaining. What potential ruined by idiot producers with pitch correction. To pitch correct these girls was a major mistake. They didn't need it at all. If they went back to their roots, I'd be a fan and I'm sure many others would too.

Most people that comment on 4th Impact material know how I feel about this cover by our girls, this is one of two songs that cemented these ladies in my celebral cortex for good, I have never, nor do I think I will ever hear another cover and or the original, better than this version and from my understanding, this was the cover that almost wasn't. Mylene was apparently stuck on this arrangement and was almost ready to give up when one day she had an epiphany and the rest is history, hence this wonderful masterpiece.
Cimorelli on the other hand, while a realy great version of this song, for me it lacks the emotion that 4th Impact put into theirs and sounds a little too "Glee" for my tastes, you have to take into consideration that most of my musical background and tastes originate from 60's 70's and 80's Classic Rock, with a smattering of Blues, Jazz, R&B and yes, even Classical Music, I'd much rather listen to "Fur Elise" or "Flight of the Bumblebee" or some "Alice Cooper" and or "Steppenwolf" instead of most of what comes out of record companies nowadays.
Cimorelli still gets a thumbs up for their version, but the original is still better and in my opinion the second best version of this song. Thanks for the match up
