Hi there ! I've been testing the TDC600 yesterday and today, so light. The TSC7 is too heavy but powerful. Tomorrow my Trimtec sales person is gonna lend me a TSC5. I've been using a TSC3 since 2013 (8 years). It's time to upgrade i think. It leans towards a TSC5. Excuse my english. I'm from sweden. Thanks for the video.

Hi , did you get a TSC5 ? I'm trying to decide between the 7 and 5 myself.

We have two TSC3s a TSC7 and just got a TSC5. The TSC5 completely replaces the the TSC3s. The only reason I still like the TSC7 is it’s better for stakeout layouts. The bigger screen really makes it easier to drop right on to your stake out point.

Hi Sir. I had faced a problem which I am trying to solve for a week. I cannot import the CSV files from the computer or even an internal storage. It says that there is communication error. Try transfer again. Please help with this problem a.s.p

Hello, which data collector are you using that is running Access? TSC7, TSC5, TDC600? The CSV import process should be the same to get the file into Access. But depending on Windows or Android, the process to getting it into the correct folder may be a bit different.

unfortunately, there's no audio when he talks. Could you perhaps make a new video with a voice-over?

On the data collector screen; How can you tell which face the instrument is currently in? I have not figured that out.
Only on Point Manager the bowtie symbol shows, but what about when just on the main survey screen of Trimble Access?
    Thanks in advance

Hello, When using Access, there are two main ways to tell which face you are currently in. The first is the vertical angle displayed at the top of the screen. In Face 1 the vertical angle will most likely be close to 90 degrees. Then in Face 2 it will be closer to 270. The second way is to go into Review Current Job. You will see the Instrument Face display under each point measurement. I hope this helps.

@@westonschneider3544 thank you for this response. We were used to our other equipment displaying a 1 or 2 on the status bar, and we were looking for something similar with Trimble Access on the TSC7. The vertical angle is the perfect way to know which face. Thanks again for your response
