Riot has a very difficult situation when it comes to balancing because they just keep making MORE champions which makes it even harder to balance every single one over all skill levels of play. But they also refuse to make it easier for themselves by allowing each person more then one ban so I think they're just digging their own grave.

Also Riot: "If Teemo is doing good in Pro-play, but just OK everywhere else, we'll nerf him." _So....that's oxymoronic. I thought they JUST said "If everyone is balanced, all that matters are your skills" but if the Pros are too "skilled," the champ gets nerfed for everyone. Logic - 5000._
The fact that the devs consider noobs when nerfing a noob stomper champion as opposed to their overall ballance in reality/pro play/ ranked is a huge factor in champs being either nerfed to hell of buffed to Godhood noobs learn and the devs want to make it so that they don't have to learn so they can have fun playing the game while pros struggle to deal with the consequences of the devs bad decision making in terms of nerfs and buffs
