Can someone tell me whats the point of having double 're bar in the wall and floor when they're not a continuous bar from wall to floor they are only tied with wire at the buttom USELESS I use bent heavy mesh for tanks much faster a stronger than that idea that some engineer came up with for the dept of agri years ago!!

Using welded L section for years never had a problem.
