Sad to say, this guide is without Soojin due to her withdrawal, but other guides that does include her also mentions her respectively as a former member. I was hoping this would've showed her too and I was ready for it but I was let down. 😭

It's good to be obsessed sometimes you know specially if it's (G)-IDLE. They have the ability to attract anyone by just one watch. Maybe that's why they are exceptional and the best of 4th gen. The most unique one in the kpop for sure❤
Their 6th member Soojin, she was the main dancer.. she was removed from the group in 2021 unfortunately due to false bullying allegations..
She recently debuted as a solo artist with her debut song "Agassy (Lady)"! She makes amazing songs, u should check her out!!

Miyeon was in the debut lineup of blackpink but left at the final stages of debut preparation. So blackpink debuted as 4.

Soyeon,Minnie,Yuqi are producers, each of them has a music studio.
Miyeon had wrote the lyrics for two songs, one called 'Rain', composed by Yuqi and included in Miyeon's SOLO album, another called 'vision', composed&wrote by Minnie and included in the 2ed full album
That reaction is so valid 7:19 lol Minnie is just insane! Her voice is pure gold and she writes such beautiful, dreamy, sexy songs. Still waiting for her solo album!
So, 7:17 This show is called Lee Mujin Service. Its basically a live singing show, they go to that show as solo. So you can see different episodes. Minnie has been on that show 3 times, she was the first guest on that show. Miyeon, Yuqi, and Soyeon each went there once.
They sing some of their own songs and they also do wonderful covers which showcase their vocal ability like you see here. You should definitely check that out!!

Aw it kinda hurts to see that Soojin isn’t really covered in this guide, she is my bias. You should definitely check her stuff out if you want, but she played a huge important part in gidles history and I loved her energy and her vibe in the group. Maybe you will get to see it in older songs/variety shows.

a few recommandations :
- all their stages from queendom are incredible : "put it straight (nightmare version)" is my favorite, it is just breathtaking but i have a soft spot for the "latata" stage as well
- their mma 2022 performance is very cool imo ! the minnie siren clip comes from this stage
- soyeon solo "psycho" stage from their last tour is really something else, you can find fancam easily
- their cover of "that that" on mnet prime show is extremely strong as well, it is very nice
- for a light and funny yet powerful stage, their "queencard performance" for the 2023 SBS Entertainment awards is really good !
- their mcoundown stage for "my bag" is a nice introduction to one of their most iconic song !
- and finally i would recommend to watch one of their encore scene to discover their "chaotic" side, i have in mind "nxde encore for MusicBank 221028", "queencard encore for MusicBank 230526" or "uh oh encore stage for The show 190702"
I love them so much, they are so talented, such beautiful girls with strong personalities, you can guess so easily who is singing because their voices are so different, they are always innovating and bringing new concepts with a strong message. I love following your videos on (G) I-DLE ❤

this was the group that got me into kpop even deeper back in 2019. not even mega kpop groups at that time could do that to me.
Mine was last year and it was because i randomly heard a Yuqi and Miyeon song on the soundtrack for the Kdrama "love to hate you"
The guide was really the tip of the iceberg. There's another guide that tells you more about them, if you would like to see them and their live performances in awards shows are the bomb. I was hooked when I watched their MMA 2018 performance where they won best new female group and the MMA 2019 where they performed Lion. MMA 2022 and MAMA 2022 were iconic as well. Plus they have 2 all english MV ' I do' and 'I want that' you might like. Thank you for liking them.

I felt like this guide mentioned Soyeon so short (actually all of them were short). She is literally the ace as you can see her high notes in Super Lady (she is the main rapper). Her rapping skills is out of this world and all fastest flows in kpop are her flows from different songs, which is written by her too (In kpop most raps are not written by rappers). Lastly when Soyeon was young, she was told that she cant be an idol because of not being beautiful enough (i dont get it at all). She didnt care and worked even harder as the leader, producer, songwriter, rapper, even vocalist sometimes… what an ace ;)a

you definitely need more g idle haha!! i love a lot of groups but there’s a reason idle are my ults!! their personalities i don’t think were displayed as well in this guide but genuinely when i watch their variety content i never get bored to the point my boyfriend is asking me to put on “soyeon videos” when we are looking for something to watch LOL

Each of idle member has their own unique voice tone, but when they together, it feels so powerful!

The only girl group in Korea all songs compose, write and produce by members.
Soyeon (Korean, leader, main rap, the life of the party). All title songs and part of their B side songs compose, write and produce by her. The most talented girl in Korean idol industry. Also in charge of their group's visual, stage, clothes, concept etc. A real workaholic and shy facing camera. Don't used to show her personality. Really hate eating vegetable. Authoritative toward members, even her company.
There are the other two songwriters - Minnie and Yuqi. Each them carry two songs of B side album.
Minnie (Thai, main vocal). In Thailand, her family is part of Thai Royal member and pretty rich, but she is kind and humble. Soft and dreamlike voice. Cool at stage, privately really lovely tho. High level of piano skill. Can speak five languages, fluent in Thai, Korean and English. She and Yuqi take responsibility to speak English for the group.
Yuqi (Chinese, main dancer, sub vocal). Pretty intelligent and good at learning. Talkative, super funny, full of confidence and energy (Fans describe her like a sun). Quick-witted within conversation that make her the member most adapting to Korean variety show. Different from her cute face, she got a deep and husky voice. Can speak Chinese, Korean and English fluently.
Miyeon (Korean, main vocal). The oldest member. Known as one of the most beautiful female idol in Korea. Thought that she is elegant and quiet, actually she is a very easy-going, enthusiastic, active, sweet and peculiar person. Never felt depressed, always be positive. Powerful vocal. Can speak Korean and a little bit Japanese.
Shuhua (Taiwanese, sub vocal, visual). The youngest one. Compared with other members, she was at the latest to learn about singing and dancing. However, she is improving constantly (very hard-working). A little bit aloof when she is not laugh. In fact, really really cute, funny and straight by nature. Soft vocal and signature of her white skin (in Asia). Fluent in Chinese and Korean.
