we've have the same popsicle molds! you should try using coconut milk for a creamy popsicle and then add whatever fruit puree you want - it is dreamy! my personal fav is mango and coconut milk!

When I used to make homemade popsicles, we used to let them freeze for at least 24 hours. It seemed like it is straight up liquid, it took forever to get it solid. :)
