🐐-AS usual Unc, you stay spitting real game and knowledge. Me and my girl both played sports. My BM played soccer all her life through her 1st year of college. She has only gotten more fine since we got together and started working out together. Your also right about the sex drive thing, when we started getting more healthy our sex got even better. 💯💯💯
makes sense. like attracts like. energy meets energy. if a person is out of shape eats wrong or is negative they will click better with someone who is the same. eats unhealthy, has mental issues. if your an athlete naturally other athletes on a subconsicous level will be attracted. from what i have seen. as u said. they react better and are more open
When I went from over 400 pounds to 230 I started getting 7's and 8's I love working out even durring this lock down I broke out the 80 pound dumbbells and starting training

U aint lying they always on the smith machine that’s a fact unc but the body is your temple even with this rona going around first thing they said was ppl with weakened immune systems are more at risk what does exercising boost your immune system
I used to work out at the Golds and Worlds gyms but wanted to get away from the commercial gyms for awhile and now work out at the Y.Unc was kinda surprised at the quality of the women in there.I have seen a few what I think are 8's n maybe 9's but there are a hell of alot of attractive older women in there who would be good FWB'S. All depends on what you are looking for I guess.

Hittin the gym like I’m mad at it, while listening to Unc! Thank Unc for telling us the truth. Like I have said in these comments before, I was obese for 24 years ZERO PLAY no numbers no kiss nothing. Lost over 100lbs in a year due to an injury and finally lost my verginity AS SOON as I dropped the weight, hell had zero muscle to boot, just was a good body fat and clean cut and shave, she was a easy 8 honestly 8.5 so just build that body guys no excuse
Facts 💯 what you said about women who have damaged bodies from poor health, not being attracted to fit bodies is so true . I notice the main chicks who give me a hard time are unhealthy chicks , weirdo (artsy ) types who don’t workout. And it’s true what you say about fit women. They are very aggressive with fit men like myself
I'm not working out for them but for self. I would challenge her in something competitive

That women’s intimidation can be a major stumbling block. What’s some of the best ways to defuse that? I ran into situations where I catch a woman looking and say hello and all I get is a scared look or looking down at the floor.
The man needs to take control of that situation and simply make her comfortable. The beauty is that he is doing this on his own terms.

Rom I remembered a while aback you made a video about the ''inner body game'' and I'm just wondering if the inner body game is just as important in attracting women as the normal body game.

What's up Big Rom, The advantage of young men he should be able to stretch when he get out of bed brush his teeth and do at least 50 push up with 50 set ups and continue his day. and before going to bed do 50 each push ups and sit ups that's an entry level of calisthenics they are good for you to start off with because by the time he get to the gym he will be loose. Like you say Rom her body would be so nice damn how a brother if he get a chance to lay her fine as down she's going to wish she was in better shape than she is. see brother's buy the time we get hold to her that's when she bloom with a good healthy man she will assume to get just one chance to get slaved like a maid but she's going to be pushing back with them big ol legs that's when he's going to have to get up and strap her down like peg.
