Very long time listener, since the very early days, never really interact much though other than Liking posts on the Facebook page, but listen faithfully every week (And the SynBin too!). Hearing you guys chat horror, exploitation, etc keeps my passion going and I always find new discoveries through you guys. Usually listen on Spotify, but when the new ep isn’t up on there yet and I see it on my RUclips feed I’ll just cave and come here to listen to it lol. I can’t count the number of days I’ve gotten through work by listening to you guys.
That "listening for 10 years" comment was me. Was always just lurkin' but trying to interact more lol. I was like JP with the Italian stuff back then when I first listened, learned so much from you guys and enjoy the banter. Great stuff. ❤
I'm around a 10 year lurker for the most part, got that Peter Jackson episode secured a few years ago lol. Not really that active on FB anymore in general.
Great show! Just to check in - I'm one of the old Facebook gang. And yeah I ended up dumping my Facebook account. But I remember when Tyler came in and kept posting 7-8 times per day. It was a little annoying for the regulars to be sure! Ha! But yeah, I'm still here and loving all the content you've been doing. It always seems like when I need a good distraction you guys are there for me just in time. Thanks for all you do!
I think that must’ve been a different Tyler, I don’t think I’ve posted there more than like 5 or 6 times ever. I don’t know what I even would’ve posted about
@@tylertadeo8336 Ha! Thanks for setting me straight then. It's been a few years. And even then I was glad someone was posting because it got pretty quiet for awhile.
I’ve been listening since very early on. I’m only in my late 20’s though. I remember you guys did a 9 hour episode and I saved it for a road trip. Glad to still be here. My name has changed a bunch of times online so I doubt you’ll remember me.
First episode I caught at release was the TCM franchise episode. Been a Patreon member for years and used to log ratings on episodes for JP! Years ago I had Moodz watch the Vomit gore movies for patreon picks. Was actually just rocking the OG 22 Shots T-shirt the other day! My favorite pod out there!
Yea been listening since Children of the Corn episode and went back and fairly certain I have heard then all, lol Cemetary Man is definitely one of my favorites, been a fun month.
I've been listening since 2017. Lucio Fulci dominated this list maybe he should't been included lol but its tough. Moodz and JP definitely gravitate towards supernatural horror, i prefer the giallo due to love for murder mystery stories.
Dope show fellas 10 years of Italian horror wow time flys i remeber listening to the first episodes back in the day after work an them being like 6 hours an not going to bed until like 4 am lol but heres my top ten Italian films yiu guys covered 10 strip nude 9 canniable apocalypse 8 house on the edge of the park 7 nightmare city 6 bay of blood 5 house by the cemetery 4 new york ripper 3 zombi 2 demons 1 cannibal Holocaust If i had put any agrento deep red an opera would have made it
Still here after years. Moodz you being a Canadian and music appreciation forgot Anne Murray wants to hear a little good news. I also didn’t like MadS, but my favorite horror movie of the past year or so not certain the actual date out is another foreign release called Mad Fate. DogMan, Sleep and Vincent Must Die were real good and worth checking out too if you get a chance.
Cemetery Man is my favorite movie of all time. It feels like it was made just for me. There's probably three Fulci films that would make my Top 10, The Beyond, City of the Living Dead, and The New York Ripper. And I've always felt that Demons was the Italian equivalent of The Return of the Living Dead. I'm not sure if I'm capable of making a Top 10, but there's no way any of those aren't making it.
I made it to the end. If I remember correctly, the films I mentioned were in your top 5. Just in a different order than I’d probably have them. But there’s so many movies that could come in and shake anyone’s list up. There are several Italian directors who were wildly consistent.
