    This is so interesting! Oil prices are so high these days! We can def use this method! It's good for children and the elderly since there is no oil. Also mess free! No oil splatters or pots to wash! Those fryums will stay fresh for a long time since no oil is used. Will try at home.

      @@itsbonkerjojo9028 Its salt blackened from constant use. In India we fry with salt. The high temp from salt cooks/fries things. A healthier alternative to oil. The salt is shaken off and so its not salty.

    • @btsarmyforever3816
      @btsarmyforever3816 3 года назад +2

      @@gopinath8932 The only sand price that's increased or decreased is the sand you use for construction purposes or for glass making. And that's not just any sand but specific sand. Sand used for cooking purposes like this can be any sand (usaully only shell encased peanuts are fried in sand as the actual peanuts does not come in contact with the sand). So it's fine. It's practically free. In this video it's salt not sand.

      @@HernaniQueiroz estão dizendo que é sal. Tambem estou curiosa, principalmente depois que uma chata do tiktok diz que faz fritura com o que ela chama de "sal sem sal". Lembrei desses fryums e vim atrás. São feitos como o mandiopã do Brasil, não sei se vc se lembra disso, é um salgadinho antigo feito a base de mandioca. Na Índia eles adicionam corante alimentício e fritam com sal. E eu acho que se trata do sal de cozinha mesmo, cloreto de sódio. Provavelmente sem iodo. Tem que ter paciencia e esperar o sal aquecer o suficiente para fazer a fritura. Vou testar. ☺
