Disney really needs to adjust park ticket prices depending on ride closures. The more that are closed the cheaper the ticket should be since you don’t get a full experience then if all attractions were open.

Agree, or offer some incentive like a gift card or something. I've thought that with these complete park overhauls like DCA, Hollywood Studios, and EPCOT in the past. I assume they just never felt like it was needed as the parks were as busy as ever through those projects. Thanks for watching!

I’m excited to be going the first week of February! Never been to Festival of the Arts before, (been to F&W once in Nov, and that was fabulous; been to F&G twice and both times, though the menus looked amazing, I was unable to really enjoy eating anything b/c it was so uncomfortably hot/humid)… This festival looks like it might be a really fun time! Plus, gotta go see MuppetVision 3D one more time before it closes 😢

Thank you, Rob, for acknowledging the LA fires! Means a lot! thank you, Stephanie for your compassionate words! We just need all the help we can get right now. Thank you all for your generous words! FYI, LA mayor: don’t do gofundme because bad people using it to scam on our wildfires.
    Happy birthday, Rob!

I agree. Back in August at Disneyland, with some major rides, already down for refreshment or reimagining, the remaining major rides shut down for hours, and Disney did nothing to manage the increased crowd pressure. Cast members stood idle instead of offering alternative entertainment to disperse guests. With fewer rides open and long lines, tensions ran high-guests became rude, cutting in line to the front all day, and cast members didn’t intervene. Even during the fireworks, people cut in line. When I reported it, Disney just told me to notify a cast member, but that didn’t help. It ruined the experience for everyone, and I worry the same will happen at WDW with rides closed-fewer attractions lead to more frustrated guests.

Really no new rides keeps lines long and people feel they need to pay to ride

Stephanie’s right your home means much more than its monetary value. Disney is building several new $2B cruise ships…$15M doesn’t move the needle much. Dolly Parton after hurricanes and flooding gave $1M of her own and $1M from one of her foundations. Iger could follow her example and make a personal impact.

Blizzards are nothing compared to hurricanes and fires and tornadoes. Come on up north.

I don’t know why they won’t do “good to go “at Disneyland. And really just get rid of the Park reservation system. The only benefit for keeping it-is for those who want to go to Disneyland or DCA after work. But why are is Disney catering to the after dark crowd instead of everybody else at Disneyland and DCA?
