I love have Rain and Tanya being married is a callback to mkx where it was hinted that they were a couple. I love these two alternate versions more than the original. versions
I wouldn't say it was hinted it was outright stated (calling Rain a satisfactory consort is pretty blatant) though I don't think they were a couple just allies with benefits (especially as Tanya was with Mileena as well).
Rain is my main as S-Tier in Kasual Mode & KL/Ranked Mode. His skin as Emperor Rain is my 4th S-Tier skin after Titan Rain (Order of Darkness, with Gold palette), MK11 default skin, and Hidden by Argus (alternate skin from MK11).💜⛈️💧
I don’t know what it is about water making everything look better, but the water on Rain’s face when he’s holding the walls open is some of the best graphics I’ve personally seen in video games. It looked beautiful.

My favourite Ninja is Hattori Hanzo, his most famous act was smuggling Tokugawa Ieyasu, the future founder of the Tokugawa Shogunate, to safety after Oda Nobunaga's death in 1582. Hattori led Tokugawa across Iga and Koga, assisted by the survivors of the local ninja clans. Hattori also may have helped to recover Ieyasu's family, who was captured by a rival clan. But in terms of MK Ninjas it has to be Floyd.
Out of the classic ninjas, I have to say Scorpion, he's iconic. But modern, is tough, but still might be Scorpion, but Noob amd Rain have become a quick modern favorite
My favorite ninja is not an average choice, that be Kuai Liang (not specifically Scorpion or Sub-Zero). It definitely helped that he was voiced by Steve Blum in MKX & MK11, but even with that, MK1 Kuai Liang is my favorite interpretation of the kharacter.
