    I just want to thank you again for posting these awesome videos, they have really helped with my running performance and I set a New PR today in a Half Marathon. First time I finished in less than 2 hours and placed 7th in my age group. 45-49 😁

      Yes, I signed up for one more half marathon, 10 miler and 10ks before the summer season. It starts to get very humid around this time of season where I’m from. Now my husband and son are following you as they are getting ready to run a 5k. 😁. I love how you include your family in your videos. Tu niño está hermoso. 😊

    i started running a year ago to get some fat off and with great success but ive been skimping on the leg strengthening and which is probably why ive been injured 3 or 4 times.

    Hi bro...........am from INDIA.
    actually am suffering from ankle pain and breathing problem for running.
    I have various events like running,long jump,high jump,shot put for police constable job in this month ending.i have 4 km run within 20mn ,100m in 15sec and 800m in 170sec.
    so plz help me how to overcome that problems.
