I have to tell you, I went out and bought some of this finish and after one set of boards I got online and bought a gallon. It is absolutely amazing
That’s so awesome! Stoked the recommendation worked out!!
Loved the timelapses to show the self leveling as well!
Thanks Julie!
Nice finish. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience.
Thanks for joining the Collective Seth!
Had to LOL at 6:03 where you sped up the video and your voice went all chipmunks. :)
That’s my excited voice. 🐿
Do you recall what stains those were you used in the video? Such great color combos.
Thanks Skip, the lightest color is prairie wheat, middle is candlelite, dark is java. All general finishes gel stains. Great stuff
Do you ever apply any type of wax to your completed boards?
Nope. I used wood wax on giant Kenya blocks a couple times. The stuff I used yellowed the wood quite a bit. Not necessary for Cornhole boards. Poly gives you all the slide you need.
What did you wipe the dust off with at 5:25?
Wet paper towel
I love your videos, but the fact that the board is not flat on the table is sending me into a mental tail spin.
Lol. Your OCD is showing! I can relate.
