I wholly agree that keeping one's environment clean, organized, clutter-free, and aesthetic is JUST as important for our well-being. Have long been on this wondrous journey!
I was a mess for years, excited only for weekend drinking, was very careless, had the messiest room and car... I finally realized that its the little things that make us or break us. Ive woken up by meditating, reading, cutting off toxic people and for months have been working on my better self. Before I start my day, I always start by cleaning my room, turning on my diffuser with essential oils and move on to my next areas, restroom and kitchen. Once my cleanliness is clear, I move forward. Like they say, it all starts with making your bed.Now I see everything clear and know where Im going and what I want from the universe🙏

I used to NEVER be able to fall asleep with any of kind of music. Been listening to this for the past 2 days and fallen asleep with it every time. Trying to improve my sleep pattern and it’s slowly working. Couple days into my self love and healing journey and I feel so much better when I wake up

dear god, why does negativity rule my spirit these days? why must i carry the senseless burden of hatred? where and when did i stray from my truth? is there more to me than i know? will i ever know the older version of me? when will my eyes open to the beauty and not the pain of this world? i want to be better for myself and others, and i pray one day, i find myself becoming better for everyone in my life.
Alex this was beautiful and so truthful. When I start feeling like that… knowing that’s not the true me I think the same. This world has a way of changing us from our pure, true loving self to the opposite sometimes. Some experience this more than others. Either way it doesn’t feel good. This world will test you out of yourself. The more we seek our true self the more we stay in alignment to our true God frequency within. We are in the world not of it. 😊💜☀️
