It's a dedicated drop(at least from agonizer.) It's got a little over 6% drop rate no matter what mayhem you're on. The only thing m10 changes is it will be a m10 weapon ofc and it will have a higher anoint chance. I think m10 anoint is 100% though.
@Drew Biggah since this, i HAVE gotten a couple, but still farming agonizer cuz i havent gotten a useful one yet. (i have a high damage corrosive, but the anoitment is for another character and im playing moze lol.
You didn't show you getting Backburner in vid just location !! Been running it alot w/o any Backburner drops !! Says 6.9% chance to drop ! ouch !! Also Tyrant of Instinct True Trial 50% lolol Bullshit on that stat !!! LVL 72 Moze on Mayhem 11 !!! Update 15 mintes later: Wasn't having luck getting Backburner to drop from Agonizer 9000 on Moze lvl 72 Mayhew 11. Dropped to Mayhew 10 and 5 minutes later, got Shock Backburner, couple runs later got Corrosive Backburner. Slight edge on Shock with higher fire rate and usually get 3 shots off before reloading. Corrosive Backburner will get 2-3 shots off before reloading. Unequipped all other rocket launchers ! Backburners own the Agonizer 9000 !

I'm glad you posted this, we talked on stream the other day about the Backburnner and I farmed it for like 3hrs and only got 2 horrible RNG.

Make sure you're on mayhem 6+ other than that it's just luck..

Agonizer drops all legendaries in the pit on switch
