Floating buttons like twitter. Very nice. Good content here. I liked the ending where you showed how to automatically scroll to the top, and the .isEmpty modifier. Lots of good pointers throughout the video.
Great video, Stewart! Your last example is exactly what I need need in my app right now. I never imagined that safeAreInsets would be a way to implement it. Thank you!
Looks like your bug was a hold over from something else you compiled? For example, at min 10:33, your preview's tab bar has two tab items. Yet your code has just one, "First". The second tab item isn't introduced until min 13 or so. This is pretty consistent with Xcode compiler's operations. It's not telling you what's wrong with your current code. It's complaining about something you did 3 minutes ago, has been fixed, and isn't a problem anymore.
Stewart ..this video need about 3 more minutes lol... let's say you wanted to use your last example but have the list scroll up to last 'Todo' when the keyboard shows and then when you enter 'ok' the entry is display at the bottom BUT above the keyboard (think of sending a text message ).... @FocusState might need to be incorporated for this to work just can't seem to get it...any help would be greatly appreciated!
I thought I knew everything about safe areas but I was missing so much. Thank you so much for your work, you are helping us a lot.
Happy to help!
Thank you Stewart….
