MVP, dungeon, kvm and infinite tower, are the only maps/events that power has any influence. In AFK party leveling, you only need the "race" in this case the job class. so it does not matter if someone is 2-digit levels far in between. Also, most AFK party has no restriction, you just need to press "Team" > Cog wheel > "All teams", then pick a vacant team.
yes, it directly reflects your experience per minute in Auto exploration. check the upper part of the Auto exploration menu. it will only count per different class, not if the same class.

no. you have to be in a party with 4 different job class to get the extra bonus exp and drop rate

Why did you get only 7.5% not 10%. You have Hunter, Knight, Assasin, and Priest. Isn't it all different class. I'm confuse.
I think the priest is level gap. he is only 25, It should be 10%

Create a pt. Invite different jobs then u can either do your stuff or go offline without leaving the party.

Havent seen the update yet. In my opinion yes, ASPD is hard to build compared to skill type, not sure why the gears for aspd is still expensive.
