I love the tiny living idea! It’s a great way for people to have their own home without paying huge mortgages and have money left over to do what they want. Personally, I like the school bus (Skoolie) option. Thank you for sharing! Love your tiny house.
Such a shame Keyo never got to build the other two homes. Charlotte is one of the most unreasonable cities in the country when it comes to home size. Way behind the times, especially during the pandemic.
I’m glad that they are coming up with ideas. Housing in The North East sucks!! That tiny space would be so much money. Neighbors should mind their business if he has an acre.
This is a great idea to a solution to rid yourself of huge bills and still live in what you created for yourself, your “dream home”. However, with me I would be in mental pain because I am claustrophobic. Just looking at this video had me on the edge.
agree. a number of people have that issue until they visit and realize it feels much larger than it may present online, especially with the number of windows I have. :)
@@MsBohemianSoulTV You have a beautiful home♡. Definitely a brilliant idea for someone who's retired and enjoys traveling cross-country! Mother nature has no time or location, have you ever experienced a hurricane or tornado? If so where would one park for safety purposes?
Hey Ms. Gypsy Soul. Can you please teach me how to accomplish this goal? I’m 27 years old with a 5 year old that i homeschool. I’m from Charlotte but i live in Greensboro and I just would like to know where to start.
@@MsBohemianSoulTV Hi I saw you on fb. Include this information on your videos. People will respond. I didnt know that you did this. Holy Spirit directed me here.
it wasn't exactly as a result of this exposure, but I do appreciate your concern! I do hope to be back into my tiny house toward the first of the year 2021. Thank you!
@@MsBohemianSoulTV are you serious? I saw your episode a couple of years ago... searched under so many names to find you. I currently live in Mississippi and am a single mother of 3 girls.. I love your vibe and style. Do you still do consultations on tiny houses as this is a goal of mine?
KEYO is being sued by 5 people that gave deposits a year and half ago and none of the homes have even been started...only home is the 1 in this video that was build back in 2017
not sure if you're being sarcastic or didn't actually understand my comment. in case it is the latter and to clarify: 68% of tiny home owners own their home meaning they have no mortgage/bank loan and paid for their home outright, the other 32% have a loan of some sort and until it is paid in full they don't actually own their tiny house - the loan holder does. hope that helps...
This is fantastic. So grateful for the work of Ms. Pearson & Mr. Young on normalizing the tiny house solution.
This house is in my neighborhood!!! I always wondered who lived there.
This is great! I’m looking to live in a tiny house in North Carolina!

$500 a month mortgage. I'm all for it.
Thank you for exposing us to the tiny home concept. I like the idea and how the homes are unique. Beautiful homes.
Such a shame Keyo never got to build the other two homes. Charlotte is one of the most unreasonable cities in the country when it comes to home size. Way behind the times, especially during the pandemic.
I have seen her tiny home several times - it is unique & outstanding
I love tiny homes! I saw one in British Columbia parked nmby a waterfall, GORGEOUS and peaceful!
Great interview Jewel on your tiny house love it have a great day.

Man I gotta get in on this movement!!! Where do I sign up
The music they’re playing does not fit the vibe of her home at all
AT ALL!
Great story? Two beautiful people and love that. Builder helping not trying to retire from over charging money
Yep, tiny homes and nomadic van life. 28206 is gentrifying like crazy!
Awesome I'm inspired.😃😃😃

They should build more tiny house communities similar to mobile home communities. Then people don’t have to worry about zoning issues.
Perfect‼️👏🏾
I would love to find a tiny house in N C
This is sad because a year after the exposure the city ran her out into an apartment from the City

*Was it AFTER this aired on TV that the city ordered you to move?* It's truly sad because this is a solution to affordable housing.
What developer did you use to build your home? I’m ready to start my journey. Currently living in SC
I don't actually recommend my builder...
80,000 I got a small two bedroom with a 1/2 acre for 50,000. and I consider it a tiny home at 800sq ft.
Do you live in Charlotte?
location always matters when it comes to costs. the bonus for me is that my house is relocatable.
What state you are from?
This is awesome!!!👠🚌👠
Great job!
Awesome and this is so good to see! Thank you.
Except Jewell recently got kicked off the property. NC raised some stink about her lovely home! All it takes is one!
Wow that’s awful

that’s unfortunate.
Makes no sense , they had a viable business idea and blew it !!!!
❤️
I like Ms Gypsy house better. He needs to get lessons from her.
🖤
Lmao now look. None of this shit happened. Now Charlotte has a unimaginable amount of homelessness and rent is through the fucking roof.
68% of tiny home owners own their home. The other 32% aren't actually owners.

@@MsBohemianSoulTV right. The news lady called everyone homeowners when you and I know that's not true.
