    This is fantastic. So grateful for the work of Ms. Pearson & Mr. Young on normalizing the tiny house solution.

    I love the tiny living idea! It’s a great way for people to have their own home without paying huge mortgages and have money left over to do what they want. Personally, I like the school bus (Skoolie) option. Thank you for sharing! Love your tiny house.

    Thank you for exposing us to the tiny home concept. I like the idea and how the homes are unique. Beautiful homes.

    Such a shame Keyo never got to build the other two homes. Charlotte is one of the most unreasonable cities in the country when it comes to home size. Way behind the times, especially during the pandemic.

    I’m glad that they are coming up with ideas. Housing in The North East sucks!! That tiny space would be so much money. Neighbors should mind their business if he has an acre.

    This is a great idea to a solution to rid yourself of huge bills and still live in what you created for yourself, your “dream home”. However, with me I would be in mental pain because I am claustrophobic. Just looking at this video had me on the edge.

      agree. a number of people have that issue until they visit and realize it feels much larger than it may present online, especially with the number of windows I have. :)

      @@MsBohemianSoulTV You have a beautiful home♡. Definitely a brilliant idea for someone who's retired and enjoys traveling cross-country! Mother nature has no time or location, have you ever experienced a
      hurricane or tornado? If so where would one park for safety purposes?

    They should build more tiny house communities similar to mobile home communities. Then people don’t have to worry about zoning issues.

    68% of tiny home owners own their home. The other 32% aren't actually owners.

    • @MsBohemianSoulTV
      @MsBohemianSoulTV  4 года назад

      not sure if you're being sarcastic or didn't actually understand my comment. in case it is the latter and to clarify: 68% of tiny home owners own their home meaning they have no mortgage/bank loan and paid for their home outright, the other 32% have a loan of some sort and until it is paid in full they don't actually own their tiny house - the loan holder does. hope that helps...
