Hello, the usage policy differs depending if it's commercial or non-commercial in nature. Further on, it depends of where and for what exactly the audio is going to be used, and also, which tracks and how many minutes of audio is in question. Nevertheless, the license itself is based on mutual agreement after the detail/requests of usage have been stated. Even if it's commercial, the license and/or fee are set independently, for each instance (there's no fixed fee).
This usually goes through e-mail communication, which I check on a periodic basis (every couple of days). On which e-mail address did you sent the mail?
