This is working only when my VSA on a Private network is accessible through the internet. Is there any way by which we can configure this without internet access on media agents/VSA/Access Node?

Suppose if I give 2 access nodes to the client, one in Mumbai and another in Delhi. Now I want to take the EC2 VMS backup from the respective regions.
In this case the the mumbai region vsa will not backup the delhi region vms right? Or it can?

Yes we can backup cross region but that is not best practice. Best practice will be to create two subclient for two region and select respective vm from specific region as content. Now apply VSA vm on subclient placed in respective Regions
