Note that there is no K-80, it is K-8.0 (Used from K-1.4 to K-28.0). If shed height is 9 meter then it may be used ESFR (early suppression fast-response) Sprinkler and its K-factor to be K-11.2 or K-14 or K-16.8. There are various condition about selection of this ESFR Sprinkler with K-factor. Suggest consult with fire specialist/designer and also study NFPA-13.

Operating pressure is actual pressure when water is flowing, while residual pressure can say operating minimum pressure where we consider it for design purpose.
W.Salam, Maximum protection area per sprinkler for hydraulically calculated systems is 20m2, and for pipe schedule method systems is 18m2. Maximum distance between sprinklers is 4.6m. Minimum distance between sprinklers is 1.8m. Maximum distance from sprinklers to walls is 2.3m
While doing hydraulic calculation first we should do the calculations at the remote are or first we should place sprinklers in the entire room and then to do the hydraulic calculation at remote area
