For the Base:
- 1 packet of digestive biscuits (I used the sugar free ones)
- 180g of unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp of sugar
For the Filling:
- 1 can of caramel (397g)
- 250ml of double cream
- 500g of mascarpone cheese
For the toppings just use some left over caramel and add mixed nuts.
