I am so glad YOU are making this choice. I tend to measure the new boat with what I wished for on my old boat or didn't like and would never get again. This was a fun walk thru, been to lot's (Javitts Center in NYC) of these. I must say it is a tough decision and I don't envy you. Unfortunately, I've left the boat shows saying, I like my old boat. Just sayin', IMHO. Besides you have a 34 so whats the point. Thanks for the vid.
Yeah, that model is the one I wanted you to check out, My marina here sells them and I think they're pretty nice. They make bigger ones that are really roomy.
We are posting bite size snippets of the boats we toured during the 2024 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. Perhaps you can find the boat we are planning to purchase! Enjoy!
Beautiful boat, I have mixed emotions though, I'd rather have the inboards, but the bright side is, if you needed to re-power, it sure would be alot easier....
I just can't get into these new 35'ish boats. All the builders use a lower helm now which swallows massive space, the galley's are nearly non existent (fridge in a bedroom to make up for the crappy one in the galley?). No molded in steps to the flybridge, no hanging locker, no lounging couches (upstairs or downstairs). Where do you put a television? I'm not picking on this one in particular, they are all like this now. It's like builders decided that anything less than 50' is just a dayboat and the amenities show it.
I wonder the same thing. Where did all the space go from my current 35’ Meridian? They shaved a foot off the beam and sacrificed salon area more cockpit space.
@@AdventuresofHappyOurs exactly. The seating arrangements on newer boats are attractive but not functional. No thought put into opposable seating or spacing. Very important to make a 30-40 footer "work". The target is clearly dayboating as opposed to coastal cruising from 10, 20, 30 years ago. We use our 341 as a weekender twice a month. It's great for long weekend stays. I couldn't imagine trying that in one of these.
I prefer the 1095 Coupe,.. you have more space in the cockpit as with the fly, and the ladder up is terrible… or the new 1295 Coupe this would be the ultimate Cruiser, 40 feet would be an upgrade to your fly…
Love that it has outboards! Nice ride.
Love your new boat..😉

It seems the Meridian has more storage and better layout. Sorry just love your Meridian!
Saw the non flybridge model at the NY boat show this year. That was our favorite boat we saw there.
It’s very nice inside. The flybridge layout I wasn’t crazy about.
She's a beauty. This was my original guess for you, shallow draft, good for CC/Gulf etc.
But you may well be teasing us, lol 😂
We have the Leader 9.0. Looking at a 1295 Fly to upgrade. Jeanneau makes good boats. All depends on your dealer.

Good lake boat. Wouldn’t want to be on the ocean with that
It’s class B/C rated. Not looking to do hardcore ocean crossings. Lol
Shower was nice
You guys should check out Sealine C390V to me it's a perfect boat.
Im out due to the ladder going up. But does look very nice
Where are u originally from north east ??? You sound just like my buddy
NY
Is that a hint for what's to come??

Price price price. 😊
$479 was the show price for the 1095.

The price of those 1295’s are cost prohibitive.
Matey wouldn't be able to climb the steps to the upper level!
Not sure if that’s a good or bad thing. Lol
Nah.
