As I listen to these testimonies, I am so distraught that up to 1985, Jamaican students got their education up to university, teacher's college, JSA, CAST [now Utech] free with the country's taxes but a particular government changed that and created hardship on the Jamaican family. No one ever gave a reason for the change. Imagine these children's struggles, which was not necessary. We , the people, need to demand a reverting to those days.
I am Brasin Odushu, a Nigerian student at the same school, and I’d like to add something about Ashantay. She loves God deeply, and even with her busy schedule, she still finds time to evangelize. What she didn’t mention is that she also tutors students, creates, and edits educational videos. At one point, I had to ask how she manages to do it all. But I believe her strength and help come from above. She’s undeniably hardworking, and I am a living witness to her tenacity.

I pray that she gets some assistance because Dominica is very expensive.
