One thing in particular that really caught my attention and never crossed my mind was that when you were backwards to the opponent, you used the back parry just to get in position towards him instantly.. Wow! That set with Shaheen was amazing. I never run into Shaheen much so this is the first long set I've seen with him versus Xiaoyu. He looks great. Kudos to his player. Also, Emann, your T8 Xiaoyu looks really strong! Loving your movement esp. your crossup tech ❤

I love how people are complaining about Ling. She was op in one, i think it was 3. She was so weak in every game. Now she's an adult and kicks a**. MORE LING MAINS!!!
I main Ling and It was struggle learning Xiaoyu. I used lose all the time! now i'm with a 62% win rate on the road to blue rank, but I am no where near as evasive as you are. I got work to do!

It's RDS ss d+1. It's a bug where you can do frontfacing moves while in RDS, so you can do other moves too. d+1 is for RDS + AOP which is pretty weird. I find it easiest to do after b+3+4 and RDS b+3+4. Try to cancel the ss with d+1 somewhat quickly.
@@TheComboSmithy yea I’ve been messing with this lately. It seems there is a split second when you cancel ss while in rds where she is in neutral. This also works with a quick forward step while in rds. She has a funny animation using up forward 1 with this. This may be intended, I believe I saw Xiaoyu do this in T7 as well.
@@NotChillin hmm I can't get the u/f+1 animation and I can't get ff d+1 to work, any tips? This was around back in TTT2. Idk about intended, but it's not that usefull so I guess they just left it in. There is also a harder way to instantly enter RDS AOP by while in RDS pressing d+1~d+1+2, but much faster than a normal ~.
Can anyone tell me specifically how Ling has changed from the previous game? Is it just me or is her play style is much more pressuring and aggressive now?
-9 so you have a small window to read and either do one of the two quick parry’s. Or you can do a quick crush. Be careful at the wall though because of no push back.
