WGC Uvalde 2024 - Nixus Team Interview

The Nixus is a high-performance sailplane designed by Brazilian Paulo Iscold. It is currently being flown in the 38th FAI World Gliding Championship in Uvalde, Texas by Claudio Schmidt from Brazil. Paulo is here to talk at the OSTIV XXXVI Congress - which is often held during an FAI World Soaring Championship. Jim Payne (test flight and records), and Joao Widmer (Brazilian Team Captain and Nixus pilot) also helped describe this fascinating aircraft. It was amazing to meet and talk with this brilliant team.
