I think you could get free 10x draw on a premium ticket event, and each draws can give you 100-200 crests at the price of 1000 diamonds, the skin requires you 1000 crests and your 1st 10x draw is only for 700 diamonds, so in total you'll need atleast 4-5 draws to get 800-900 crests and get the free tickets so the skin costs around 4000-5000 diamonds.

Dont open the normal ones yet so you can request and trade gifts with people (you can't request cards you already have) so you can grind advanced cards easier.

100-200 for a free collector is a steal for no lifers like me. A collector is around 100 usd so you must earn it, dont expect easy tasks.
