the gym not only strengthens you physically but mentally too it teaches you discipline and perseverance and it is a serious stress reliever when you look good you feel good trust me it will be well worth it
I think Taheera's concept of ALWAYS finishing what's on your plate is a prevalent belief across Africa. I have very similar sentiments because of my African background. It's strange for people without that upbringing to understand.
