2:45 okay Captain Cosmos isn't my favorite, but in that flat Shelter setup it looks like Turtle is on the moon.
The enclave armor that you were unsure of is actually theX0-2 that debuted in fallout three

I have tried various paints, but I keep going back to the Enclave paint.

Can anyone answer, if we lose our carry weight from our standard armor when we enter into PA, or like with the other PA like union and the mining one, is the +carry weight an added bonus!? Thanks
I love the holo skull, shadow prime, vertiguard and warhead. Wish I could have either of them. Started a month ago so currently I am rocking devilish excavator hoping I can make it to encriptid hunter at least.
Sadly not all skins apply on the Union PA like the Nuka-Quantum skin and some of the Raider Paints, and if I not mistaken the Slocum Joe's don't apply to.

I have been a free state paint fan for years now. I have most of all the paints.
Fun fact put on the black star power armor and put the red star jet pack on and eventually it’ll glitch and turn black
the red communist paint can be applied to the excavator armor then you can add the jet pack to that. Still not drop able even if you repaint it to standard.
I like to mix the skins. For example I'm not s fan of the Grease Goblin helmet. I use the Grease Goblin arms, legs, and chest with the Union bare metal helmet. Also, the bare metal pieces look good mixed with the gold pieces.
Enclave PA is inspired with Fallout Tactics PA - maybe you haven't played it? You should, it's the most underrated Fallout game but it is really good, just it's different genre - think of it as one of the old Commando games.
combination of Blood Eagle PA skin (not vertiguard one) with Blood Eagle Vertiguard Jetpack (jp from vertiguard one) is by far my favorite

Hope we get all these Fallout 76 power armors "skins" in the next Fallout game, bcs well these skins are a literally a new power armor to the lore lol.
Imagine: Fallout 5 with: 60 power armor type, i will go insane lol.
Currently using Jackpot with a Mr. Fuzzy helmet and using Grand Finale very colorful
T-51 + Blood angel = conquer paint and it's great

I have managed to pick up a Union PA for both arms so far but upon finding a chest piece it wouldn't let me loot it from the Ogua event 😢

Anyone know what the pa skin with the glowing rods all over is called? Must be only on certain armors
You mean the orange glowing ones ? You can farm them at Earl. If youre lucky he drops some of the skins. I have an x01 and a t45 skin looted from him.
They only fit on the described Power Armor.
Also important, there are variants ranging from mark1 up to mark 3. the mark 3 is the variant you want.
Way back they were like evolving skins, you know.
Also, i dont know what they are called exactly, but if you want to google for them, they were rewards for the „nuclear winter“ battle royal mode in fallout 76.
MkIII Inferno paints. They only work for the original suits from the base game. T-45, 51, 60, X01. As far as I know, it is only available from A Colossal Problem event. Originally it was from Nuclear Winter.

Can someone tell me how long its been since the last time that the liberty prime skin(any of the 3 of them) was in the shop and how much atoms its wort, i have 1450 and i really want it for my t-65(specially the one of with the USA colors)
It's in the shop now if you're still looking, it's 1260 atoms on discount or 1800 default

I in general am not fan of universal PA skins those change shape as it makes unclear who even uses what, on other side, literal pajama hides bulky regular armor too, more issue I got with PA skins is that already we got added canonical actual armors, we got ton of other shapes for them, other than those makeshift junkish ones, they basically contradict lore, I guess, which can borher some people more or less, some of them seem to be even made so people can RP aliens and robots, I guess too
Biggest crime is, why we have no horse power armor at all, one as is in CC for Fo4, it was only PA I actually used for while in that game
Where do you get these paints / armors? Do you add it to the power armor you find
atom shop, seasons and some in game, unfortunately it's only handful of skins that you can get in game
are all skins universal? what about the ones that say they are only available on power armors that were available before any DLC?
the paints that keep the original look of pa are not universal, full reskins are almost all universal

Having all these skins is nice but does every scoreboard really need to be saturated with them? They completely missed out regular armor type paints this time around.. and I think last season too actually.

@tommyq374 they could do both as they used to do.. then to save a scoreboard whitewash they could just do a ‘one for all’ on the paints Instead of taking up multiple prize slots

Witch one of them can be traded to players after you paint a PA? None other than the BOS paints for the t60. Betcha didnt know that. None of those other paints are relevant because you cannot share them or give pa armours to noobs with out destroying the pa. Sure you can glitch dupe stuff to noobs but whats the point of that?
Agreed, we should be able to sell or trade items with skins, it would increase their value and rarity and people would appreciate it 😮
Everything that Turtle showed was in the shop or will be in the shop in the future. Bethesda will not allow us to trade Skins that we get from the Atomic Shop.
Well duh, then you'd be able to mass produce paid items removing the need for people to pay for them.
Its why you can't have the KFC recipe because then you could sell your own KFC for cheaper and take money from KFC. Makes absolutely no sense lmao.

I strongly disagree! His English is exceptional.. He speaks better English than a LOT of English people I have met over the years lol. How is your German, Spanish, Italian, French etc?
It's only hard if you're not around folks with different accents very often, Turtle is actually very clear with hard to pronounce words for non native english speakers, I'm from the central US, he's very easy understand in my opinion
You should never criticize someone on their accent if it's not their first language, especially if his vocabulary is very good

They are usually in the Atomic Shop every couple months, like anything popular. Check the daily discounts too on the last SPECIAL page in the shop, today has Enclave Armor for 700, 50% off. Lots of skins show up in the daily discount.
