I recently started to wipe out HALF a drawer or shelf in the kitchen cupboards about every second day: taking things out, wiping it with a tiny bit of vinegar, let dry, put things back in, next time the other half, overlapping in the middle a bit. I'm so excited that my kitchen cupboards are finally getting clean!! Planning to include the fridge and maybe even the oven in this desperate but successful routine.

That is what I've been working on so hard over the past couple years when it comes to the kids. It is a constant work in progress. Some days I falter, but other days I do great! I try not to let certain circumstances/situations affect me. One time our washing machine flooded the upstairs in our brand new home we bought 4 days prior and I was a bit freaked out but for some reason still felt a sense of calmness. I just kept thinking, oh it will be fine everything will get fixed eventually! Lately I've been putting my trust in Jesus whenever I come to a scary part of the road I hate driving on (really the merging sections!). And I just remember everything will be fine and Jesus will take care of me. 🥰 Wiping down the kitchen cabinets and the ENTIRE kitchen is on my to do list! I can't stop thinking about it lately too haha! I'm so not ready for cold weather yet 🥶I'm trying to hang on to these final days of warm sunshine! you're Monstera is on point!! 😍😍
