Really puts into perspective just how horrible the Japan 2011 tsunami really was. There couldn't have been a more prepared country for earthquakes and tsunamis to be hit by it and still thousands died anyways.
I really like the realistic sound effects in this video. I wasn't prepared for the Krakatoa volcano explosion, though. I'm listening to this with headphones. Thank you for all the hard work making this video. It was amazing.
"Go make some new disaster That's what I'm counting on I used to want you dead, but Now I only want you gone." - GLaDOS, Portal 2 Credits (I don't want you gone, but I do want more disasters! XD)
I really liked watching these but I don't get why the water comes from 4 sides. Is it just to show how the wave would look like from every angle or did I miss something? 😅
I would like to see a tsunami and earthquake simulation for the chixulub asteroid that killed the dinosaurs, earthquake and tsunami separately and then together, set it in in a city and also island
An asteroid never hit Earth - that is fiction - if you want the true timeline for "prehistoric" creatures, you can find it documented in hundreds of historic records that have dates on them.
As the tsunami waves become larger, the height and width and force of the water erodes more and more land - taking out entire cities, entire islands and an entire continent - decimating several continents all in one night - this is documented in historic records - but since most prefer the timeline lies, next to no one reports it.
WOW! When Krakatoa erupted, I thought it was a nuclear explosion. By the way, what was that spinning circle of light by the big mound in the near distance?
9:00 At this point, I'm feeling sorry for the folks that suffered and beginning to realize it's comforting to be living in Pennsylvania or closer to Central America (not including Earthquakes or Tornadoes). Also, I guess if I'm ever going to live near the Ocean in my lifetime. I want to have a bunker that'll handle a Tsunami.
You definitely had me going there on the last one. I thought there was going to be another. 😅 Very captivating in deed. Also, it turns out that you do have Tsunami related videos. Mate I'm about to Subscribe here and damn you're good! Sorry for my language, I got carried away from this awesome video!

Some say the actual number of deaths is closer to a quarter of a million people - numerous cities were completely obliterated - the governments lie.
The disaster expansion update
I’m excited for the landslide update.
@@tchuryanimations Powder Toy could help there.

Thank you so much for watching my video and especially for listening to my advice! 😊 the sound effects are so important in this simulation!
me too.
Very cool but wish there were some houses or buildings for size context.
maybe you should build a coastline town/city to simulate earthquakes and tsunami scenarios, but this was a really cool video to see too!
OMG you put From Dust! Thanks for remember my nostalgia! 🥹
wonderful video! you can maybe add a trsunami in a city next time? (eg the Japanese Earthquake in 2011)
It would add a better sense of scale 👍
the SOUND of Krakatoa was horrific. Just as it would have been!
Oh this is awesome! You could do the earthquake then tsunami from the Cascadia quake
Holy shit, (not sure if you remember me before you blew up lo)l but this is amazing!!!
of course I remember you! I always read and remember my comments :)
Never thought you can also simulating tsunami, too :O
Your doing gud lad :)
Im just waiting for tsunamis vs buildings
Some of this reminds of the old simulation game "From Dust" on the Xbox 360 Arcade lol. Amazing simulation as always!
It is the game
I hope there is another tsunami simulation but in a city or town
Please add a city thats gonna be destroyed by the waves
Wow!😱 what an amazing and eye opening video.
Awesome job @EarthquakeSim
I would love to see a cityscape tsunami scene. That would be awesome.
How about Cascadia Subduction Zone inside the Puget Sound...the Tacoma/Olympia area. (Everyone focuses on Seattle and Oregon coastal cities)
The 1700 tsunami waves were far more destructive than the public is told.
Wait, you used "From Dust" for the simulations! This brings back so many memories!!
I was hoping for Lituya Bay to be featured, or at least the future Cumbre Vieja (Canary Islands) scenario...
I thought about it 😁
Someday he could do bushfire intensity comparisons, say from 4000kw/m to 200,000kw/m
That coast really couldn't catch a break 😂

Great simulation, put a simulation of an earthquake with a tsunami, like Japan tsunami,or Indian Ocean tsunami
The Japan 2011 tsunami’s max wave bight was 40 meters or 132 feet but still really cool.
Love these! Ty!! ❤
I really liked watching these but I don't get why the water comes from 4 sides. Is it just to show how the wave would look like from every angle or did I miss something? 😅
Actually the Tohoku earthquake in 2011 reached 40m high in some places.
Those tsunami waves were far more deadly and destructive than the public is told.
I would like to see a tsunami and earthquake simulation for the chixulub asteroid that killed the dinosaurs, earthquake and tsunami separately and then together, set it in in a city and also island
YESSS!

EarthquakeSim, can you simulate earthquakes with Minecraft buildings?
Wow. Awesome video! What was that black thing circling with the trail behind it in the middle of he screen?
Superbe, merci !

hello i am your biggest fan
Can you do bigger tsunamis up to 1000 meters
awesome
WOW! When Krakatoa erupted, I thought it was a nuclear explosion. By the way, what was that spinning circle of light by the big mound in the near distance?
Krakatoa's eruption was so strong that indeed it would look like a nuclear explosion :)
Hi bro thanks for the fire video
9:00 At this point, I'm feeling sorry for the folks that suffered and beginning to realize it's comforting to be living in Pennsylvania or closer to Central America (not including Earthquakes or Tornadoes). Also, I guess if I'm ever going to live near the Ocean in my lifetime. I want to have a bunker that'll handle a Tsunami.
10:30 Ok, scratch the Bunker with the ability to withstand a Tsunami. More like I'm going to need a Military grade Bunker designed against Tsunamis.
You definitely had me going there on the last one. I thought there was going to be another. 😅 Very captivating in deed.

Oh hi ❤
Where was the 2014 tsunami the one from the THE IMPOSSIBLE
what software is this is? look like unreal engine fluid flux plugin
It's an old game from the 360 era. From Dust
50 meters what's a big asteroid
DEATH
game is From Dust
I thought this looked familiar! It's a good game to get water physics from!
I WANT THIS GAME
3d??
What simulator is this?
From dust
From Dust, though I'm pretty sure the only way to play it now is if you downloaded it from the Xbox 360 Arcade back in the day. That's how I played it
What game is this?
From Dust, it's an OLD game but has a fantastic physics engine
is this city skylines
What's the name of this game???
I think ratio of 3-8 kills and injuries in honga Tonga
Where's the mall
0:08 So I have to wait?
Aaaaa colocarias dummies
