To get the surveys you just have to do the daily crafting quests that can be found in most of the main towns. I like to do mine in Vvardenfell cause the board for the quests are in easy to find locations right next to the crafting area. When you do them there is a chance for you to get a survey for each type when you turn in the daily crafting quests. It's mostly RNG that dictates whether you get one or not 😅 I hope this helps out 😄🍻
