I think that we can all agree that the “Starman” reference (Super star Mario, or invincible Mario them as some might say) slaps. But the Super Mario World over world theme slaps harder. With Luigi doing that one bit just slaps harder than my dad with the belt.

this is alright, it's got some really nice harmonic techniques but the melody is too disjunct, it feels quite incoherent.
