    The fact that Neville has taken this task upon himself and bothers the workers into submission, it always pleases me when the guys do their part and give the input to the video, it makes such an impact on the final result.

    Great stuff Neville. Thanks for finding out how much ammo was available and how it was split across the boxes. Incredible the amount of rounds the guns could get through in such short bursts. Good to see Jane back on her wheels again. The lads have done such an amazing job to get her to where she is now and I'm sure it won't be too long before she is ready for the busy season ahead. When you think they only had a short window from the end of the previous season to the start of this one and just look at what they have achieved yet again. They are an incredible bunch of lads and well done to all of them for all the time and effort they have put into this program. Thank you as always Neville for all of your valuable videos you bring us each week. Spot on. Looking forward to youyr next update. Best wishes to you and everybody at the centre. Take care. 👍

    I see a pattern over the years, of y’all re-inventing the assembly procedures in many cases - from an assembly line with thousands of workers, to a boutique shop with individual craftsman. I point to the discussion you captured by Dave, about, “Will see if I can fit the inner (former), and add the outer (flange) in situ.” Wonderful capture.

    Another great video bro and some good progress too. The NZ guys have another Mosquito completely restored back in the air after a 70 year gap. NZ2308, there is some Utoob videos of it from this month. Safe travels. Ken.

      @mischef18 Месяц назад

      Yeah I think the one from Dunedin was put in a shed after the war. There was one that was bought for 10 pounds after the war by a farmer as a static play thing for is young son, think that was in the South Island too.

    What do they do with all the unserviceable parts that have been replaced Neville? I’m sorry as I have asked before but can’t remember if anyone has answered. On one hand if they are scrapped it’s like throwing away the original aircraft but it has to be done I guess they would use the scrap value to help fund the project .
    Maybe they should sell off some of the parts to collectors , “own an original part of NX611” and turn other pieces into souvenirs? I bought a piece of skin from FM212 which is in Winsor, in Canada.
