His team of lawyers and Secret Service agents accompanied him into the jail. Trump's official booking form is sparking intense reaction after he self-reported his height and weight.

Having booked people into a jail many times, no one ever is correct about their own weight, not even the legal paperwork from other authorities is ever correct. This is literally a nonissue.

This is what I was thinking. People don't always know how much they weigh. How stupid is this program.
Almost 100% guarantee that is what his state id/driver's license listed his height and weight as, which has just been renewed ad infinitum since god knows when. When you renew your state ID they never change your height and weight unless you tell the employee to in my experience. Have you ever been asked to step on a scale and been measured for height when you renew your driver's license? Not me. Not ever. So when booking info is taken the person just plugs in whatever your id info says. Also pro tip to any LEO or person authorized to run this information out there, don't try running anyone's info for kicks, it's a violation and you WILL get in serious trouble for that.
There's a difference between a few pounds and a blatant lie. I'm 5'8" and around 217 lbs in my profile picture. That dude is pushing 265 easy.

I think the biggest issue about this story is not that the poor journalism or that Trump is being joked on here this whole report, but the status of our jails and how we improperly house people that were supposed to be correcting and bringing back into society. I was in a jail in a big city and water leaking from the ceiling was the least of my worries, the larva in the water pooling on the floor next to the drinking water was far more alarming.
It ticked me off about the conditions of the jail as the female reporter laughed about the rain dripping in cans... Why is the jail so bad?
Maybe instead of talking about jail conditions we try to better prepare people for the real world so that they don't break the law in the first place.

It isn't fat shaming if he weighed 239 while in the White House, and he is supposedly weighing less now while he looks as big if not bigger. My husband weighs 229 and is 6'1" and doesn't look even close to the weight Trump does.
