Nice post, but how many promising young brothers died pledging your frat? How many did not go on to distinguished careers? How many GPAs dropped while pledging? Frats select highest performing individuals possible to join them so your line brothers would likely have been just as successful had they not chosen to join.

I’m not sure your comment regarding young men dying or GPAs dropping as a result of pledging was warranted for the post to which you responded....... Of course, this is only my personal opinion. PS: I’m very impressed with their discipline.
And the support you give one another along with the traditions held by the insitution to its students. More kids need to see this and be aware of what their future holds for them. Its a struggle but one that succeeds step by step going forward. All success in your futures. Proud parents for sure.

Try pledging vs thugging and thugging is actually easier. Pledging requires humility, tenacity, endurance, and strength. Thugging requires talking ish carrying a gat.

Over 50 years ago I attended the University of Michigan. One of my fondest memories is the day the 'Q's' arrived to campus for the first time. The chants, the stomps, the girls screaming.....I immediately went out and bought a purple and gold outfit. Back then there was only 300 or so Black students on a campus of 10,000 students and we supported one another no matter which fraternity or sorority we belonged to. Thank for posting this video.
My grand uncle was initiated into Que Psi Phi back in 1955. I also have several guy friends who are Ques as well. Out of all the Que probate clips I've seen, this by far is the best. They're organized and their steps are in sync. Great job!!! That bend and hold...OFF THE HOOK!!!!

They have a life long bond and unlimited connection and they have memories with their LB Dean of Pledges etc they are future leaders that proved their loyalty to their organization ..
