This is so cruel - putting those babies in hairpieces. They are exhausted and need naps and playtime. It’s like stealing your kids childhood.
Watched a British version & while the mothers were determining they .had happy.children who moved much more gracefully , performed well.& had Real.Smikes

And to top it off, she was so busy running around about the hair & makeup person that she didn’t secure her daughter’s costume on well enough.

Kelsey doesn't need hair done; mom did awesome job with this 2 bumps on her head. They were adorable. Unfortunately Kelsey took them iff before going on the stage, I wonder if Kelsey was maybe sleepy and that's why she cried a lot.

Mothers often give their kids sugar before kid performs so it will keep kid awake and energetic. Sick!

So, sadly it's actually a form of legal "doping." They give them sugar to make them look "alert" and "engaging," on stage
True, that mom is reaping what she has sewed with that child.
You can tell from Kelsey's eyes that she doesn't feel confortable AT ALL in front of those unknown people... poor little girl, she's tired and overwhelmed by the situation, as well as by her mother's anxiety and bad mood.
It's heartbreaking.
And honestly, I'm appalled about Trystian's incapability to relate to her own doughter: no smiles, no cuddles, no positve encouragement, no attempt to distract her in any way... no emotional support AT ALL.
How could Kelsey win ultimate when she did absolutely nothing on stage really?

CPS needs to get involved and seriously look into Kelsie’s home situation. Her mom does not seem okay, and neither do the kids, especially Kelsie, who always seems distressed. This child doesn’t appear to be treated like a daughter so much as a ticket to fame. It feels like the mom is projecting her own unmet ambitions onto her children, and you can clearly see how uncomfortable they are with it.

Trystian is by far the most troubling Mom from this show. Yes, most of the other parents are unhinged but you can tell their insanity is pageant related and they probably lead somewhat functional lives outside of the pageant world.
Trystian however, a different story. This is a person who takes her crazy with her, wherever she goes, 24/7

Kelcy cannot smile and be happy if her mom carries along all her frustration, swears and threatens people.
